I'm launching a craft brewery in Jakarta Selatan next May. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a craft brewery, willing to have a monthly call for the first six months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Praying for you. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Greetings from Dar es Salaam!
Keep going. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. We're a small family in Hawassa but we're thinking of you. Love from Hawassa.
Thinking of you and your family, Oky. Shared this with my family. Love from Bellevue.
Hope you get there. Put this on a community board in Leicester this morning.
