Lanre's school year: uniform, books and a laptop
Lanre won a place at Lagos International School but the family can't afford the uniform, books and laptop required.
🇳🇬 Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria776 views
Lanre earned a place in Year 10 at Lagos International School, and the family couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things He needs, including a laptop for the coding course, and a uniform.
The family has few resources; the list costs $155, which is more than they have.
Lanre loves coding and wants to become an engineer. A laptop will allow coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
He will take care of everything given and works very hard.
I'll buy the items from the school's approved supplier and post photos of everything.
Where the $155 goes:
• Laptop: $90
• School uniform and shoes: $25
• Textbooks and workbooks: $35
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $5
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Lanre
Laptop is $90 of it. Everything else is listed in the story and nothing outside that list comes out of this page. Thanks for asking.
you're not alone. Good luck with the exams, you've got this. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too. God bless.
Hope you get there. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Take care
Hang in there, Isaac. Shared this with my family.
