What does a sponsorship cost?

$99 a month for one cause or one city. It renews monthly until you cancel. There is no setup fee and no contract.

How do I cancel?

Online, any time, from the manage link in your receipt email. Canceling stops the next renewal; your name keeps showing until the paid month ends.

Can I get a refund?

One no-questions refund per card if you ask within 48 hours of a renewal and you have not used that month. Otherwise payments are final. If we do not approve a sponsorship, we refund it in full.

Does my sponsorship go to a person in need?

No. A sponsorship is a fee to HelpBLESS that keeps listings free for people asking for help. It is not a gift to a person. To give to a person, give on their need or fund a matching gift.

Who reviews sponsors?

A person on our team reviews every sponsor before it shows, usually within 2 business days.
