If you need help

Create a free account and confirm your email. This is required before you can post, comment or ask questions.
Describe your need. Choose what kind of help you want - money, a bill paid, labor, volunteer time, a professional service, mentoring, a consultation, goods, transport or housing - and who it is for.
Target the right people. Reach the whole world, or narrow to a country, state, city or ZIP / postal code.
We review it. A human moderator approves every post before it goes public. Your first post is free; after that it’s $9.35 per post. Posts never expire and you can pause or stop any time.
Add trust. Upload a selfie, passport, driver licence or national ID. We show a badge - never your document.
Get paid every Sunday. Donations clear a 3-day safety window, then are sent in a weekly payout (PayPal or bank).

Open People and look up a teacher, nurse, coach, mentor, artist or neighbor by name, school, subject or town.
Leave a free message of thanks, and send a gift of any size if you'd like to.
Teachers, nurses, artists and everyone else can create a profile and tell their story. They aren't asking for help, but anyone can send a gift. Profiles cost nothing to publish.

Browse by place, cause or type of help. Sort by urgency, closeness to goal or “needs a first supporter”.
Ask questions first - any email-verified member can comment before donating.
Donate securely by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe. Or offer your time, skills, advice or goods.
Follow updates from the people you supported.
