Help keep a free food pantry open for students and shift workers in Kota.

Since 2021, our volunteer team has run the Harvest Pantry every Tuesday from the back of the old library basement. We started with 22 families, and now we feed 162 each week.
Donations have dropped by about 35% this winter, while the line has grown every single week.
We rely on volunteers - 10 of us - and keep no salaries or overhead. I buy staples at wholesale prices at the Kota market and keep every receipt.
Each $10 feeds a family of four for a week.
All of the funds go to groceries, fresh produce, and cold-storage costs.
Where the $450 goes:
• Rice, beans, flour and oil (wholesale): $95
• Fresh vegetables and fruit: $200
• Baby formula and diapers: $105
• Refrigeration and electricity: $50

It's all in the list in the story. rice, beans, flour and oil (wholesale) is the big one at $95, I'll post a receipt when it's paid. Fair thing to want to know.
