Back to business - Dylan's comeback in Duluth
Dylan has run a flower stall for twelve years; a break-in destroyed the equipment, and $2,450 will put it back on its feet.

For twelve years I have run a flower stall in Duluth. In August, a break-in took display cabinets and a cooler. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Monday, and I employed 3 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 4 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
Once I'm back on my feet I plan to hire back the people I had to let go.
Where the $2,450 goes:
• Shop repairs and licensing: $270
• Replacing display cabinets and a cooler: $1,350
• Initial stock: seasonal flowers: $830
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

Rooting for you. Shared it with a few friends. Put this on a community board in Chattogram this morning.
Thanks for sharing this, Dylan. This could happen to any of us. After 17 years in retail I know how hard it's to ask for anything. All the best.
Take care, Dylan. I hope things turn around soon. Love from Rajshahi.
So sorry you're going through this. This could happen to any of us. Don't give up. Greetings from Caloocan.
Thinking of you, Dylan. Hope the shop reopens soon. Wish I lived closer to Barranquilla so I could bring a meal.
