Standing with Sathi: multiple myeloma treatment costs
Sathi is facing multiple myeloma and the cost of treatment, travel and care at home is far beyond what the family can cover.

Sathi was diagnosed with multiple myeloma in August. The oncology team at Dwarka Cancer Centre has planned 12 rounds of treatment, starting in October. She will be away from work for about 8 weeks.
Sathi is 46, worked as a hairdresser until August, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Dwarka Cancer Centre 3 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders.
Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment.
Where the $550 goes:
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $90
• Household costs while unable to work: $280
• Scans and lab work: $100
• Transport to Dwarka Cancer Centre: $80

Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Sathi.
Everything on the list is an amount I've been quoted or invoiced. nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team comes first ($90) and I'll update the page as each thing gets paid.
