Electricity and water shut-off notice: help Sorcha pay $600
A disconnection notice for electricity and water arrived and Sorcha needs $600 before November.

The electricity and water account is 2 months behind. Sorcha received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on November unless $600 is paid. She had never been late before an unexpected car repair.
Sorcha called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $160 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through winter without electricity and water isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
Sorcha is working on getting back on her feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
