Help Pilar lay Consuelo to rest with dignity in Madrid
Consuelo passed away on 2 August; we're raising $2,650 for a respectful funeral in Madrid.

Consuelo, my sister, passed away on 2 August after a stroke. She was 57 years old. She was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $2,650 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 19 August.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Consuelo to have a dignified farewell.
Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers.
Anything left over after the funeral will be donated to the Madrid hospice.
Where the $2,650 goes:
• Funeral home services and casket: $1,650
• Cemetery plot and burial fees: $650
• Transport of the deceased: $260
• Memorial gathering for the family: $90

Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Pilar
Everything on the list is an amount I've been quoted or invoiced. funeral home services and casket comes first ($1,650) and I'll update the page as each thing gets paid. Fair thing to want to know.
