Don't let Carmen's family go through summer without water
Carmen is behind on water bills after a reduction in hours and needs $500 to avoid a shut-off.

The water account is 3 months behind. Carmen received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on June unless $500 is paid. She had never been late before a reduction in hours.
Carmen called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $60 first, which isn't available.
The household includes two young children, and going through summer without water isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
Carmen is working on getting back on her feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
