Tuition fund for Ricardo: an agriculture degree at the Tarragona Institute of Technology

Ricardo is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying an agriculture degree at the Tarragona Institute of Technology, and is one semester away from graduating. He has worked as a tutor to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $4,100. The registrar has said Ricardo can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Ricardo has a top-ten-percent average, and a professor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Ricardo would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Ricardo isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.
