School supplies and a laptop for Manolis in Thessaloniki
Manolis won a place at Thessaloniki Girls' High School but the family can't afford the uniform, books and laptop required.

Manolis earned a place in Grade 9 at Thessaloniki Girls' High School, and the family couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things He needs, including a laptop for the mathematics course, and a uniform.
The family has few resources; the list costs $400, which is more than they have.
Manolis loves mathematics and wants to become a pilot. A laptop will allow coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
He will take care of everything given and works very hard.
I'll buy the items from the school's approved supplier and post photos of everything.
Where the $400 goes:
• School uniform and shoes: $105
• Textbooks and workbooks: $100
• Laptop: $195
I hope life is good to you.

Shared it with a few friends. Thinking of Thessaloniki.
Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Manolis.
Sure. The biggest one is school uniform and shoes, $105. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. Happy to explain more.
Praying for you, Charalambos. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Blessings.
Thinking of you and your family, Charalambos. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected
best of luck, Charalambos. This could happen to any of us.
