My niece, Itzel, is 13 and in Year 10. Itzel loves school but computer science has been a struggle since the school was closed during the strikes. The university entrance exam is in January.
We can't afford a private tutor, and the school's free sessions are full. We're looking for a volunteer who could spend one or two hours a week, in person in Rosario or online, for about sixteen weeks.
Itzel is polite, hardworking and eager. We have a quiet space and a laptop for online sessions. I'll always be at home for in-person sessions.
If you're a teacher, student or professional who feels comfortable in computer science, you could change the course of Itzel's year.
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

Sending good thoughts. As a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day
