Poppy is my German shepherd of two years. On 7 September we rushed to Bengaluru Veterinary Centre with pyometra. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $250. They have stabilized Poppy, but the treatment can't wait beyond October. Poppy is more than a pet - Poppy is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $60 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Bengaluru Veterinary Centre's charity fund for other animals. Where the $250 goes: • Hospitalization (2 nights): $45 • Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $40 • Emergency surgery: $165 With deep gratitude, Ashok
