After the loss of my brother, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to family counseling, but the public waiting list is 11 months, and private sessions at the London Counselling Collective cost $100 each.
I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support.
