Mariana's colon cancer treatment fund

Mariana was diagnosed with colon cancer in April. The oncology team at Medellín Cancer Centre has planned 8 rounds of treatment, starting in July. She will be away from work for about 7 weeks.
Mariana is 34, worked as a hairdresser until April, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Medellín Cancer Centre 4 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.

• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $2,200
• Scans and lab work: $250
• Transport to Medellín Cancer Centre: $115
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $115
• Household costs while unable to work: $520
