Is there a HVAC technician who can donate a few hours in Chiang Mai?

In June an inspector told me that my home has faulty wiring that trips the power and smells of burning. It's a safety risk for me and my elderly mother. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $520 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed HVAC technician who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $55.
The job should take about four hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.
If you're a HVAC technician and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

Sending strength, Sombat. It takes guts to ask. Well done.
Praying for you, Sombat. I hope things turn around soon. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like.
Sending love. Your post was clear and honest. Put this on a community board in Thane this morning.
