Farah wants to stay at home - help fund eight months of care
Farah can't afford the care She needs after a diagnosis of dementia; we're asking for $800.

I'm caring for my mother, who's 95. After a diagnosis of dementia Farah can no longer manage alone. A nursing home would cost far more than we have, and Farah desperately wants to stay at home.
I work 25 hours a week and have cut back to look after her, but we need a part-time carer.
Farah worked all of her life as a carpenter, and raised 2 children. Now we're trying to give some of that care back.
Medication, a hospital bed and a carer for eight months will make a huge difference.
The carer will be employed through a registered agency and paid directly. I'll share the agency invoices.
Where the $800 goes:
• Hospital bed and mattress rental: $40
• Medication and prescriptions: $115
• Part-time carer (eight months): $645
Ask me anything below before you decide. I'd rather you were sure.

Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Farah!
It's all in the list in the story. hospital bed and mattress rental is the big one at $40, I'll post a receipt when it's paid.
sending good thoughts, Huda. Looking forward to the next update. God bless.
Praying for you, Huda. Shared it with a few friends. My neighbor in Gulu donated after I showed her your page
Hang in there. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. My husband and I read this together.
