Donate a coat: Teresa is collecting for 82 families
Coats, boots, hats and gloves are needed before the rains.

I coordinate donations at Liberty Refugee Centre in Hialeah. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled.
We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes 2 to 14 years. If you're in Hialeah, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at Liberty Refugee Centre on Wednesday between 10am and 3pm.
If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate.
Items go to families directly and the rest to the Liberty Refugee Centre clothing bank, which is open to everyone.
Thank you for reading my story.

Praying for you. I hope things turn around soon. I'm in construction myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you
you're not alone, Teresa. I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. Love from Augsburg.
Take care. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Love from Bekasi.
This could happen to any of us. We're a small family in Patras but we're thinking of you. Blessings.
