Care for Miguel, 89: help cover a carer and medication in Niterói

I'm caring for my father, who's 89. After worsening Parkinson's disease Miguel can no longer manage alone. A nursing home would cost far more than we have, and Miguel desperately wants to stay at home. I work 30 hours a week and have cut back to look after him, but we need a part-time carer. Miguel worked all of his life as a schoolteacher, and raised 2 children. Now we're trying to give some of that care back.
