Michelle's kidney cancer treatment fund
6 rounds of treatment are planned at the Caloocan Oncology Institute; we're asking for help with the costs insurance doesn't cover.

Michelle was diagnosed with kidney cancer in July. The oncology team at the Caloocan Oncology Institute has planned 6 rounds of treatment, starting in November. She will be away from work for about 6 weeks.
Michelle is 33, worked as a hairdresser until July, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to the Caloocan Oncology Institute 5 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.

• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $150
• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $870
• Transport to the Caloocan Oncology Institute: $200
• Scans and lab work: $130

Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team is $150 of it. Everything else is listed in the story and nothing outside that list comes out of this page. I'll keep the page updated.
