A community fridge for the Freedom health centre yard: help our neighbors in Haifa
We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a community fridge - we need $1,750 for materials.

For ten years the neighborhood has asked for a community fridge. This year a group of 25 volunteers, including a group of teenagers, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Freedom health centre yard, but no funding.
We have received donated tools, and the remaining cost is $1,750.
It will serve about 452 people, including local farmers and market traders. We'll hold a build day in October and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered.
Where the $1,750 goes:
• Materials: $850
• Permits and inspections: $200
• Safety equipment and signage: $240
• Tools hire and delivery: $460

Sure. The biggest one is materials, $850. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. Happy to explain more.
