Emergency vet bill for Milo in New Delhi

Milo is my German shepherd of thirteen years. On 17 July we rushed to New Delhi Veterinary Centre with a ruptured cruciate ligament. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $250. They have stabilized Milo, but the treatment can't wait beyond September. Milo is more than a pet - Milo got me through my hardest year. I have already put $55 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to New Delhi Veterinary Centre's charity fund for other animals.
