A business mentor for Justyna's new dog-grooming salon in Aberdeen
Justyna is launching a dog-grooming salon and would love advice from someone who has built one.

I'm launching a dog-grooming salon in Aberdeen next April. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a dog-grooming salon, willing to have a monthly call for the first six months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.

It takes guts to ask. Well done. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. Thinking of Aberdeen.
Praying for you. Hope the shop reopens soon. Don't give up
Hope it all works out, Justyna. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier.
Best of luck. Shared it with a few friends. Thinking of Aberdeen.
Looking forward to the next update. Put this on a community board in Lagos this morning. Blessings.
