Help Jae-won through 6 rounds of treatment for prostate cancer
Jae-won is facing prostate cancer and the cost of treatment, travel and care at home is far beyond what the family can cover.

Jae-won was diagnosed with prostate cancer in January. The oncology team at the Seoul Oncology Institute has planned 6 rounds of treatment, starting in March. He will be away from work for about 3 weeks.
Jae-won is 25, worked as a hairdresser until January, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to the Seoul Oncology Institute 4 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment.

• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $4,550
• Scans and lab work: $460
• Transport to the Seoul Oncology Institute: $440
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $440
• Household costs while unable to work: $760
