Edgardo is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a master's in public health at Manila State College, and is one semester away from graduating. He has worked as a barista to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $250.
The registrar has said Edgardo can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Edgardo has a distinction average, and a department head has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Edgardo would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Edgardo isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.
Where the $250 goes:
• Outstanding tuition balance: $175
• Textbooks and materials: $25
• Exam and lab fees: $50
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

Thanks for sharing this, Jerome. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too.
wishing you the best. Gave what I could, wish it was more. I'll check back for the next update. Love from Cầu Giấy
Sending love, Jerome. Your post was clear and honest. After 7 years in engineering I know how hard it's to ask for anything.
