Jae-hyun Seung-woo Choi
Local baking and weaving
- 🇰🇷 Gangnam, Seoul, South Korea
- Since 2008
- Korean
I'm a baking specialist. If you live around Gangnam, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I'm usually the first one in and the last to leave.
More about Jae-hyun
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Jae-hyun: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
