Tuition fund for Atul: a degree in civil engineering at Mumbai State College

Atul is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a degree in civil engineering at Mumbai State College, and is two terms away from graduating. He has worked as a barista to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $550. The registrar has said Atul can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Atul has a distinction average, and a department head has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Atul would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Atul isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Mumbai State College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
