Luna's severe tick fever: help with the vet bill
Luna, Laxmi's rescue greyhound, needs urgent treatment for severe tick fever costing $100.

Luna is my rescue greyhound of nine years. On 22 August we rushed to Bhaktapur Veterinary Centre with severe tick fever. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $100.
They have stabilized Luna, but the treatment can't wait beyond November.
Luna is more than a pet - Luna got me through my hardest year. I have already put $15 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Bhaktapur Veterinary Centre's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $100 goes:
• Hospitalization (3 nights): $35
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $30
• Medication and follow-up visits: $35

Quick update: $45 raised so far (45%). I made the first payment toward medication and follow-up visits. Receipts coming as soon as I have them.
