The Lotus community hall needs a youth football pitch - Abosede's neighborhood project

For eight years the neighborhood has asked for a youth football pitch. This year a group of 29 volunteers, including the neighborhood football club, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Lotus community hall, but no funding. We have received donated a pump, and the remaining cost is $350. It will serve about 91 people, including school children and their families. We'll hold a build day in November and everyone is invited. We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos. All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance.
