Tenant-rights advice for Iwan in Bandung: a short consultation
Looking for housing-law advice in West Java: repeated entry without notice.
Anywhere in the world363 views
My landlord in Bandung has given me repeated entry without notice. I've read what I can online, but the rules are confusing and different sources contradict each other.
I'm hoping that someone with experience in housing or tenant rights in West Java could spare 20-30 minutes to explain the process, the deadlines and the documents I should collect.
I have my lease, all communications and photos organized. I'm happy to share them privately. I can't pay for a lawyer, so any guidance on free services in West Java would also be appreciated.
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.
