I coordinate donations at the Lotus Mosque in 艁贸d藕. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled.
We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes 2 to 14 years. If you're in 艁贸d藕, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at the Lotus Mosque on Saturday between 11am and 2pm.
If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate.
Items go to families directly and the rest to the the Lotus Mosque clothing bank, which is open to everyone.
Thanks for being kind about this.
