Joanna was diagnosed with a thyroid nodule that needs removal in July. The surgeon at Manchester Orthopedic Institute recommended knee replacement surgery, and She is scheduled for October. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $3,750, and after what the public health scheme will pay we're still $2,250 short.
