Slamet's final semester of an electrical engineering diploma in Denpasar

Slamet is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying an electrical engineering diploma at Denpasar Polytechnic, and is one semester away from graduating. He has worked as a shop assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $350. The registrar has said Slamet can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Slamet has a 3.6 average, and a professor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Slamet would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Slamet isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees. Where the $350 goes: • Textbooks and materials: $35 • Exam and lab fees: $40 • Outstanding tuition balance: $275 I'll pay this kindness forward the moment I'm able to.
