Ollie's kidney failure: help with the vet bill

Ollie is my three-legged dog of six years. On 23 August we rushed to Coventry Veterinary Centre with kidney failure. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $1,600. They have stabilized Ollie, but the treatment can't wait beyond November. Ollie is more than a pet - Ollie is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $230 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Coventry Veterinary Centre's charity fund for other animals. Where the $1,600 goes: • Emergency surgery: $610 • Hospitalization (4 nights): $570 • Medication and follow-up visits: $150 • Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $270 I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen. - Raymond
