Save Maple: Natalia can't afford the emergency vet
A three-legged dog named Maple needs orthopedic surgery - a $1,450 bill the family cannot cover.

Maple is my three-legged dog of thirteen years. On 4 September we rushed to the Athens Emergency Vet Clinic with pyometra. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $1,450.
They have stabilized Maple, but the treatment can't wait beyond November.
Maple is more than a pet - Maple is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $155 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
Funds will be paid straight to the Athens Emergency Vet Clinic and I'll share the invoice and an update on Maple's recovery.
Where the $1,450 goes:
• Hospitalization (2 nights): $400
• Emergency surgery: $1,000
• Medication and follow-up visits: $50
