Kouki, a security guard, is retraining for software testing and is looking for a mentor for monthly calls over four months.

I have worked as a security guard for 15 years, and I'm 39. After a health scare, I decided to move into software testing, and I have completed a part-time diploma.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my interview answers, a realistic view of the job market in Tokyo, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for four months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled.
