Rajesh needs my school-run minibus repaired to get back to work in Chennai
Without my school-run minibus Rajesh can't work; a $150 repair would put him back on the road.

I make my living with my school-run minibus. 8 weeks ago the gearbox failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $150. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my younger brothers and sisters. Before the breakdown I worked ten hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next three months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update.
Where the $150 goes:
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $40
• Labor charges: $35
• gearbox replacement (parts): $75
Ask me anything below before you decide. I'd rather you were sure.

can I help in a way that isn't money? I'm near Chennai.
Thank you. If you're in Chennai I'll say if something practical comes up. For now sharing this is great. Ask me anything else.
Hope the shop reopens soon. It's not much but it's yours. God bless
