Opas wants to stay at home - help fund three months of care
Opas can't afford the care He needs after a diagnosis of dementia; we're asking for $1,450.

I'm caring for me, who's 78. After a diagnosis of dementia Opas can no longer manage alone. A nursing home would cost far more than we have, and Opas desperately wants to stay at home.
I work 25 hours a week and have cut back to look after him, but we need a part-time carer.
Opas worked all of his life as a carpenter, and raised 2 children. Now we're trying to give some of that care back.
Medication, a hospital bed and a carer for three months will make a huge difference.
Funds cover the carer's wages, medicines, a hospital bed rental and incontinence supplies.
Where the $1,450 goes:
β’ Part-time carer (three months): $1,100
β’ Medication and prescriptions: $140
β’ Hospital bed and mattress rental: $95
β’ Mobility aids and bathroom adaptations: $115
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

Rooting for you, Opas. This could happen to any of us
I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Thinking of Bangkok.
