Dnipro
I make my living with my motorbike. 4 weeks ago the gearbox failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $250. Without the vehicle I earn nothing. I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask. I support my younger brothers and sisters. Before the breakdown I worked eleven hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next six months if I can just get the vehicle working. I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here. I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update. Where the $250 goes: • gearbox replacement (parts): $105 • Labor charges: $50 • Road tax and insurance renewal: $50 • Towing and inspection: $45 Ask me anything below before you decide. I'd rather you were sure. - Mikhail

Thank you. If you're in Dnipro I'll say if something practical comes up. For now sharing this is great. Appreciate you taking the time.

  • Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Thinking of Dnipro.

    • Take care. Small businesses are the heart of Dnipro. Hope you're open again soon. My neighbor in Jaffna donated after I showed her your page. All the best.
