Mental health support for Rahul after the death of both parents

After the death of both parents, Rahul has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to family counseling, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at a private practice in Nashik cost $15 each.
Rahul has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Rahul could afford. The therapist recommends 10 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
