Mental health support for Jabu after the loss of my brother

After the loss of my brother, Jabu has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to EMDR therapy, but the public waiting list is 6 months, and private sessions at Pretoria Wellbeing Centre cost $25 each. Jabu has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support. Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Jabu could afford. The therapist recommends 16 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
