Yogita's final semester of a degree in social work in Muzaffarpur

Yogita is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a degree in social work at Muzaffarpur University, and is one semester away from graduating. She has worked as a delivery rider to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $700. The registrar has said Yogita can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Yogita has a 3.6 average, and an academic advisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Yogita would lose her place and scholarship eligibility.
