Lauren needs a lift to the London Kidney Centre - can you help one day a week?
A rota of drivers to the London Kidney Centre would keep Lauren on treatment. Even one trip a week helps.

Lauren has been on dialysis for 3 years and until recently drove to the London Kidney Centre alone. After a foot amputation, Lauren can no longer drive. Taxis cost more than the family can pay three times a week.
We're building a rota of volunteer drivers. Each session is 3 hours, including the trip there and back; most volunteers take one regular day. The journey is about 25 km each way.
Lauren is cheerful company. You'd need a car in good condition and a clean driving record. We'll cover your fuel costs, and the family will send you home with homemade food.
Please say which day works for you in the comments.
Thanks for being kind about this.

Rooting for you, James. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did
Thanks for sharing this, James. Hope the treatment goes smoothly and recovery is quick. My husband and I read this together.
Sending love, James. Gave what I could, wish it was more.
Thanks for sharing this, James. It takes guts to ask. Well done. After 26 years in retail I know how hard it is to ask for anything.
Shared it with a few friends. My father had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Love from Tacoma
