Shazia's gallbladder removal can't wait - please help us cover the bill

Shazia was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in the right knee in May. The surgeon at Lahore General Hospital recommended gallbladder removal, and She is scheduled for July. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $640, and after what my insurance will pay we're still $450 short.
my wife has been in and out of Lahore General Hospital since May. The doctors say osteoarthritis in the right knee will get worse without gallbladder removal. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $640 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Shazia struggles with daily life and can't stand for more than ten minutes. Her family has taken turns caring for her, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
Recovery is expected to take about 6 weeks. During that time Shazia won't be able to stand for more than ten minutes, so the costs keep growing.
