Utami's path to healing - trauma-focused CBT in Jakarta Barat
Utami is working through a long hospital stay and needs help paying for 10 sessions with a licensed counselor.

After a long hospital stay, Utami has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to trauma-focused CBT, but the public waiting list is 8 months, and private sessions at the Jakarta Barat Counselling Collective cost $20 each.
Utami has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Utami could afford. The therapist recommends 10 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Utami, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
Funds cover only therapy sessions, and I'll share progress updates (not private details) if I'm comfortable.
