Kevin starts a job in the capital: travel help wanted
Does anyone drive from Kakamega to the capital around September? Kevin needs a ride and a way to carry 8 boxes.

I have been offered a job in the capital, starting on Friday in September. I can't afford the bus and the 8 boxes I need to carry with me, and moving costs are beyond my means.
If you or someone you know is driving between Kakamega and the capital, I'd love to share the journey, and I can cover fuel. If you have a van and a free day, even better.
I'm a non-smoker with no pets. I have a reference from my last employer and from the person I'll be renting from in the capital.
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.
- effort
- one-way trip

Rooting for you, Kevin. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Love from Ubud.
Hang in there. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day.
small businesses are the heart of Kakamega. Hope you're open again soon. My sister had a similar thing happen so this one hit home.
Thanks for sharing this, Kevin. Hope you get there. God bless.
Sending strength, Kevin. Shared it with a few friends. Blessings.
Hope it all works out, Kevin. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. I went through something like this 12 years ago and strangers helped me out. Thinking of Kakamega.
