Looking for a cloud engineering mentor: Surafel's career change at 37
Surafel, a factory operator, is retraining for cloud engineering and is looking for a mentor for monthly calls over six months.

I have worked as a factory operator for 11 years, and I'm 37. After my children starting school, I decided to move into cloud engineering, and I have completed a part-time diploma.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my interview answers, a realistic view of the job market in Oromia, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for six months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled.
Glad we found this place.
