Eleanor called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $65 first, which isn't available.
The household includes an elderly mother, and going through winter without gas isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
Eleanor is working on getting back on her feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
