Maple Primary School needs a playground - Hannah's neighborhood project

For ten years the neighborhood has asked for a playground. This year a group of 21 volunteers, including a group of teenagers, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for Maple Primary School, but no funding. We have received donated soil and plants, and the remaining cost is $600. It will serve about 132 people, including elderly neighbors living alone. We'll hold a build day in August and everyone is invited. We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos. Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered. Where the $600 goes: • Materials: $470 • Permits and inspections: $15 • Safety equipment and signage: $65 • Tools hire and delivery: $50 Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.
